Sold items showing up as unsold items

7 sold items tonight are showing up in my unsold irems folder...customers trying to pay cannot pay. Spoke with customer service, they wre messaging I T DEPT. ANYONE ELSE???

Same thing with me - on computer they don't show up at all - neither the ones that ended with bids or not

On app the items that sold show up as unsold

YES SAME HERE...Same buyer bought 2 items, One had 8 bids and one has 3 bids..showing up in my unsold items also AGRAVATING

Same problem here. We had 6 items with bids show up in unsold instead of sold.

Me too. My sold items are listed as unsold, no idea what the buyers are seeing on their end!

Neither my Sold items or Unsold items are showing up at all..I can see everything in the Ended tab but nothing in the appropriate areas. So glad all my Auctions end on Mondays *sigh*

Got a call back from ebay and the rep told me its a known problem and they are prioritizing to fix it and told me to check on the sold items in the morning. Frustrating this is happening..
