Pictures with HEIC extension will not load in Seller Hub, can't seem to change them to JPEG

My I-phone is now uploading to my computer my pictures for eBay with the HEIC extensions.

Trying to load them in Seller Hub does not work.

How do I change the extension from HEIC to JPEG?
