Firefox quick search broken

Firefox's quick-search no-longer works with eBay.

Something on the eBay website has changed so that most of the time when you try to do a quick-search, it doesn't perform the search, it just takes you to the home-page.

This is a useful feature that made shopping easier, but it's now broken.

According to another poster familiar with the quick search feature, it seems to work with single keywords, but multiple keywords result in the search going to the main ebay.com page.

I tried to uninstall the eBay quick search from Firefox to see if there was an update, but was unable to install it again.

I've had the same issue. If you use 1 word it works if you use more than that it doesn't.

Instead of using a space between the 2 words try using the + Sign.

example:   Type into your search Ernie+Ball+Strings (or Whatever you're looking for)

Seems to work. I haven't tested it extensively though.
