Just FYI, and not to deny or minimize your issue with their site, but I was in there looking at my account earlier this afternoon. I wasn't processing any kinds of transactions, but I was able to log in and view all my transactions, etc.

Have you tried checking out PayPal's discussion forum? There may be others posting in their community who are having the same issue.

If you have "Immediate Payment Required" in your listings, it is not working.  This is a known eBay issue which has our store completely disabled for 3 weeks now with no updates or estimated fix date.

It also appears to affect credit/debit as well. Strange bug it is.

Have you tried resetting the password for your ebay account?

It’s a known issue with the eBay link to PayPal. It only affects “Immediate Payment Required” listings. It is showing our PayPal account as invalid. We can receive payments but cannot list, relist, sell similar or edit any listings.
