Paypal being used for shipping

The last few transactions I have completed is using my paypal which IS NOT linked to my account to pay for shipping. How can this be fixed?

when you get to the shipping label purchase scroll down to select eBay funds if that is your desired source

As noted, when you scroll down the label page, you'll see that you can pay from 'Your funds' or 'Your saved PayPal account'. You'll want to tick on 'Your funds'.

This should save as your default, but doesn't always. I scroll down with each label now, just in case.
