Greetings. When i go to Ebay checkout,select Paypal and press "pay" it gives me an error messange saying: "paypal is unable to process your payment at this time. you can try changing the payment method inside of your paypal account or select a different payment method." My account is verified. If anyone can help me i would appreciate it.
