Pandas and Lions

Why are you making me pick Pandas and Lions every time I sign out? It was 5 times yesterday and twice today already.

Sorry, but I am not making you do anything. Try using a different browser. I notice when I use Firefox I don't get the Captcha as often as when I use Edge. I don't get it at all when using Safari on my mobile device.

Repeated Captcha requests or failures might be a sign that your browser is having problems saving cookies properly, or else a sign of a network issue. Using a VPN or a hotspot, or certain kinds of privacy software might also cause some issues.

Make sure your browser is up-to-date and has JavaScript enabled (and not blocked) and that cookies are not being blocked:

Try using a different browser or a private or incognito browser window and see if you run into the same Captcha issues. If not, try manually erasing just your eBay cookies manually in your original browser.

If you are using an ad blocker, try temporarily disabling it to see if that makes a difference.

Try an alternative link to sign in to rule out an issue with a particular link:

https://signin.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll

If you are using a mobile browser, try changing to a different browser mode: mobile, classic or desktop. Try a desktop browser or a mobile browser in desktop mode.

Or try using the eBay app.

If you contact eBay directly, mention ALERT15299 to have your account added to the open ticket.

I have multiple accounts I switch between. Lately when I click logout it makes me clicks pandas and lions.  This is an ongoing issue with multiple people that use internet such as TMOBILE and VPN. Would be nice if you only asked for the LIONS and PANDAS once. 5 times within an hour or two is a bit ridiculous. No wonder why people hire robots to do these things.

You may want to consider using a different browser for each eBay account so you can stay signed in to multiple accounts at the same time without signing out and back in repeatedly. Or, if you have a strong preference for one browser, using a separate private or incognito browser window for each eBay account you regularly use.

I appreciate the recommendation but I am not interested in using different browsers.
