If some users are having a problem and some other users are not, then it may be that the users having a problem can do what the other users are doing to avoid the problem.

So it may be prudent to try some things to see if they make a difference.

It can be both things at the same time.

eBay could have changed something so that certain browsers or certain settings or certain networks no longer work the way they have in the past. Trying different browsers or different settings or different networks may work better, even if the problem was ultimately triggered by something eBay has done.

If you start out by assuming everything that goes wrong is something "eBay needs to fix", you may run into an issue which is not eBay's fault at all, and then you may be waiting a long time for eBay to fix something that you could very easily fix yourself.

Pandas and Lions and CAPTCHA over and over

I've been experiencing this exact same issue, with repeated captcha requests (always pandas or lions) when clicking certain links like view member feedback, view seller's other items, sometimes even when I try to contact eBay support. By the way, I've chatted with eBay support twice about this, they are aware that it's an ongoing issue for some members (for me it started near the end of September), but absolutely no word on a possible fix, if ever. I can still shop, sell & buy items without the captchas, so for me at least it's just a nuisance. I've tried Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome & Duck Duck Go, all with the same results. I've cleared my cookies & browser cache, & the same issue persists.
