Even if I do not login to ebay, I think they loads ebay pages based on geography/location. See below the currency conversion options in INR. I think it'll drive anyone to nuts. They think they are helpful too much 🙂
The currency mismatch occurs because the 'Convert price to INR' selectable option only works on item price, not on shipping cost.
See, if I am accessing ebay.com from India, I'm expecting to see exact pages you see in US. If an item doesn't post to India, then I can understand it in the shipping information(highlighted in RED), or you can restrict me from placing order on such items. But no need to filter these items results out. The advantage is that -it can be sometimes a seller mistake that he didn't update some countries in shipping options, or he may be willing to ship to India. These things can be sorted out by messages/communication. Let available all items on ebay.com to all users from all countries.

@berserkerplanet , tyler@ebay ,
Ok, I think I found the 'real reason' behind the cluttered ebay pages as we see now. Probably you may know that ebay.in was functioning from 2004 till 2017 till another emmercer Fllipkart India acquired it. They broke up in 2018 again leaded to think ebay an re-entry in 2019 earlier. You can read the story here:
https://entrackr.com/2019/02/ebay-re-entry-indian-market/
The thing is that as they started a re-entry they currently using ebay.com as the platform for India, with domestic changes(see prices etc). This is my guess only, I'm not sure. But whatever it is, they are doing very wrong nowadays. Their new business strategy and experimental development of new platform might have cluttered the pages in India. Wondering they don't know they already blocked 95% imports in India through their platform for last 2 months?

There is no problems in accessing the UK/DE/CA sites, all works fine with no currency **bleep**. Also while you get a page missing error, editing the link to UK site will load the page in UK platform.
I think the fact we discussed is the culprit behind the issue, ie, a mixture of Indian and .com sites is what I see nowadays. I am totally against direct currency conversion. WHy? Because an item if I can buy in India for unit price INR 70 (equals 1USD) doesn't mean the base price is 1USD in United States. I normally apply logical conversion. ie, when I go .com website, I usually change my price calculation in US dollars. This is what the confusion regarding currency conversion I mentioned earlier.
Earlier when Indian site was functioning/or even after shutdown, ebay.in never take me to .com website. Maybe that explain it.

Changing the domain name to eBay.COM to eBay.CO.UK works for me in India, for each item.

From India, We have this problem (error page displaying "We have looked everywhere .Looks like the page is missing") while trying to access the details of most (99%) of the Asian listing (for buying/bid) .
We can access any listing from US for buying/bid. Also this problem seems to be there from Europe as well for some listings . (may not be as severe as in India).
The problem does not seem to be there for anyone form US accessing the same asian listing with same URL .
I verified the above by using a VPN (VPN server in US) to anonymously access the same asian listing using same URL which worked fine. But If I login with my ebay id, it will block the page and splash the above error page.
So I believe that ebay seems to be consciously doing this (blocking most of Asian listing from accessed by those in India and in a limited way from UK) .
Not sure what the reason is .May be it is complying with some directive from some authority.

Hey - I'm having a similar issue in chrome in the US. I get an error message saying "this page isn't working" when I try to view items in any of my saved searches. Only an issue on my desktop browser. Works fine in my iphone app.
