Page Navigation Up Arrow Missing on community boards

Hi,

Would someone kindly restore the clickable right side bottom 'up arrow" navigation that gets one back to the top of the pages on the Community Boards? 

After reading long informational posts the constant scrolling to get back to the top of the page is kind of annoying.

Good to know I'm not the only one that is experiencing this.  It is very annoying!  I can get around it by clicking on upper left corner where the word ' iPad ' is located. That immediately takes you back up to the top of the page.
