Over 6 Months of Offers not working properly...

No offers received in over 12 hours and cannot send offers (to watchers) due to them erroring out. Same problem, different month.

Also getting system failures and next to no sales. This 23 year old account. My newer small store is having no problems today so far

Can't seem to send offers either.  Just tried on both the full site and app.  Getting this...
