Other people's eBay accounts are having the option to upload a video but mine doesn't.

I have noticed that other people's eBay accounts are having the option to upload a video to their eBay listings but my eBay account is not having that option right now so can anyone tell me what I need to change about my eBay account so that I can upload videos to my eBay listings?

Okay so I guess I figured it out and I needed to opt in to something called "seller hub" which In turn gives me access to something called "listing tool" and now I can see the option to upload a video when I'm creating a listing.
