Order Discount - Buy 5 Get - Stopped Working on new listings

Hello!

Spoke to some Tech Support on the phone, but figured I'd mention it here in case anyone is looking for help.

Noticed yesterday one of our promotions stopped applying, namely to new listings. We have a buy 5 get 1 free promotion with games, and any new listings that fall into the filter don't seem to get added to this promotion.

Some buyers have complained about it, but not much I can do on my end as the promotion end date is well into the future (3 years from now) and the filters are still correct.

eBay support said it is a glitch right now they are working on (hope that wasn't a canned answer)

Anyone else having the same issue?

Hey @secondchancegaming thanks for checking in.  I'm not seeing any alerts for this issue at this time, so I'd encourage everyone to continue reporting these instances to our Customer Service.

I thought, and this is just going by all the messages at the beginning of this thread, that ebay was made aware of this?

Besides calling in again and again, are there any other proposed solutions? Sellers can only keep calling in buy so many times, while our store promotions aren't working right, and ebay still charges us in full for ALL fees, even when features aren't working.

Hey @secondchancegaming , @the-rabbit-hole and others that are having this issue! I've been doing daily testing to see if/when this issue got fixed.

As of today, my NEW listings are showing my promotions properly. Unfortunately, every listing I made on 8/1 - 8/15 still has this glitch. Ending the affected listings and relisting them seems to be fixing the issues. I have only tested a handful of listings, but they are all working fine after that.

Thanks for that information! You've been more communicative than the eBay Reps who promised to call me back (surprise, they didn't)

Going to work on cancelling all our listings and relisting everything to fix this bug.

Would have been nice if they had communicated something instead of leaving us sellers dealing with buyers asking "why doesn't this work"
