Only option is to WATCH an item. Wish list and other created list option have disappeared (again!)

In addition to watching an item, the other options for keeping tabs on items were to add an item to a wish list or other self-created lists. Now, the only option is to "heart", add to Watch list. There are many reasons that I don't want to add an item that I am interested in to a Watch list. The other lists also provide an oppurtunity to save/watch more than 200 items. This functionality has gone on and off over the past few weeks. Is this just another glitch, or is ebay getting rid of the ability to do anything but add to a watch list?

Thank you to eburtonlab for directing me to the answer. I wouldn't have found it otherwise because my question didn't use the "add to list" nomenclature. Guess the same "search" engine used to find items up for sale is the one used here in help forums: it didn't recognize my problem or questions because I used the word Watch and List, but not All Lists.
