Yes there seems to be a problem with the listing tool. It may be due to the ongoing updates.

I listed today without incident, I use 'sell similar'

the regular listing tool is buggy today-lots of posts. If you use sell similar it works better with less of the issues. Had 4 raincoat kids in my listing and it seems many are having that problem today
