Offers not working, as a seller

Any other sellers experiencing issues with offers? I get offers from customers, they often don't show up under notifications, and when they do, I accept the offer, get no payment, and a day or so later it says I have an offer on the item again. When notifications aren't working, I see the offer just in my email, and click respond now from the email. I accept it but never get paid, and it's not under my awaiting payment section in orders. HELP! Been going on for a week or so.

I am seeing the exact same thing. I accept an offer from a buyer and then it doesn't go to awaiting payment and sometimes it gets paid for and other times it takes hours for it to show under awaiting shipment.  This too has been going on for about a week or two as well. I currently have 2 offers in limbo like this now.  One from this morning and one from a couple hours ago.

If these are offers or counter-offers you received as a seller, the listing only ends when the buyer completes the payment now.

This encourages buyers to pay quickly, since the item remains listed and available for others to purchase until payment is complete; and it discourages users from making nonperforming offers as a way to take the item off the market until the seller can relist after four days.

If you want buyers to be required to pay within an hour, be sure to check the appropriate box in your Buyer Requirements to make the buyer provide a payment source to place a bid or make an offer.

EBay now requires the buyer to pay for the item when an offer is accepted before it is considered sold. The item will remain up for sale until that buyer pays. If someone else buys the item then that buyer will lose the rights to the item. Which is why buyers should pay immediately after the offer is accepted. EBay has had problems with buyers not paying when offers were accepted.

Same here as well.  

I understand how offers / counteroffers work with the "not sold until sold" logic.  

But I have 'stuck' offers.  I accepted them and they are still showing as "you have new offers".  these were not counter offers, just regular offers.  Seems to be happening the last 3 -4 days.  Looks like a bug not a feature.

counter offers is a mess as well.  you accept and then you wait for days for somebody to pay.  why are buyer not required to input payment info like normal offers when making counteroffers?

Yes, this exactly... the accepted offers are stuck. Under the bell notification it shows that I have offers, when I've already accepted them, and when you try to click on the 'offer' it is not there. I think it has to be a bug, unrelated to buyers paying immediately or not. Frustrating!

and I also just noticed the ability to get to a

pick list that was accessible from the notification "bell" on desktop site is gone now as well.

well, I made sure I got my point across that something is broken on "offers" not triggering payment notice or payments when I accept them.  he said that my information was forwarded to their technical team to investigate.

I am having this same issue too. I called customer service and they were absolutely no help.

Is it just my imagination, or are offers suddenly working correctly as of yesterday?

Mine are still not working 😞 hope it miraculously gets fixed soon
