Offers STILL an everyday issue for months on end!!!

Two accounts, 23 year old account (this one) and one under a year old. Almost 80,000 items listed and have not received any offers for 15 hours now. I normally get many offers an hour and can sell up to 100 items a day. Sold 30 two days ago with my worst day in a very long time.

Normally offer to watchers in the morning, big account normally have 60 offers to send out, this morning had 14. My small newer store was normal with 39 offers to send out.

Please do not respond if you think it's tariff, economy, etc. This is advanced site issues that have been going on for over 3 years now. Been doing this 23 years full time and I used to report site issues to ebay before they (at least the reps) knew of said problems.

The website has been a mess for 3 years with it weeks here and weeks there of normality but the last 3 weeks it has been very bad with offer issues, system errors, buyer saying I do not ship to their location when I do, buyer saying they cannot send offers, etc etc etc.

EBAY just be upfront and let us know how much longer we have to suffer through this stuff.... PLEASE!

My new account with over 20k listings is now 15 hours without a sale. I average 20 items sold there a day. This has never happened, what is going on the last few days? Also having zero to three organic sales days which is another red flag.

Are your impressions off?

Are your views off?

Are your external views off?

If no one is looking, no one will buy.

Are you paying for promotion? Many of the categories you sell in have heavily promoted listings.

Not going to speculate since you know what the typical speculation would be.

Lack of interest in buying your stuff is always a possibility, so look for evidence of interest.

EBAY, telling buyers that a seller does not ship to your location when they do has been going on for 3 days now.

Last weeks average day was over $700, a few weeks ago it was $922 a day. Today I am looking at under $300 which will be my lowest days in years. Customers asking why I cannot send to their location when I do, offers not working properly and only $28 on an account I average over $300 a day on. Just when you thought the site could not get worse with problems.

What items are saying it can't be shipped to the buyer and where is the buyer located?

Seems to me that when you complain you point out that the smaller store doesn’t have the same or as severe of issues.  Question has been raised before if whether the sheer number of items you have in the larger store is too much to handle for eBay’s systems.  

If that isn’t the main culprit, my guess would be tariffs or the economy.

And your Top Rated Plus...guess one doesn't get as much exposure from that as they used to.

I guess you do get that 10 % discount though...not worth the hassles to me.

One day my sales are big at a certain time and quiet as a mouse the next day.

Do all people shop at the same time...I don't think so.

It's those algorithms as to who is being shown more or not on any given day.

Last week most of my buyers were from the UK and Canada and almost no new USA buyers.

I did offers a few weeks ago with 20% off on those items to watchers...nothing.

And I thought 20 % cheaper was a good price reduction. Did I offer it to everyone...no.

I think about 20 watchers...waste of my time.

Listing a 100 items a week doesn't do a thing I notice.

I just learned ebay added the Ai video making option, that's is more than likely what has caused the site meltdown. Everytime they do update the site with something, sales vanish for a few days.
