OTP Not receiving on given phone no

Hi,

Can any one guide. For phone no verification, OTP is not receiving on registered no. Phone no is working fine.

What is OTP? This is a US forum and this is eBay. Many of us many not be familiar with OTP.  If you are looking for a phone number for eBay there isn't one.  Go to the top of the page where it reads Help & Contact, use the chat option.  Hope this is helpful.

Hey @wastingtime101! If the member is registered out of the US and is using an international phone number to verify they may run into issues receiving a verification code.

You may not be able to get that OTP on your international number @kk-universal-deals-9756 . What part of the site are you trying to access and is the system presenting you with a verification option other than using your phone?

OTP is "one time password".

whenever we convert our Ebay buyer account into seller account, the registered phone has to be verified like email. 

That verification password is coming on email but not on Phone.

System should be compatible to send password on all international phone lines.

I was updating my contact information. So email got verified witout an issue.

However there is no one time password coming on phone.

no other option was appearing.

It got resolved.

It resolved when step of Payoneer verification came.

NOW IT CANNOT RESOLVE AT PAYONEER TIME  THIS HAPPENS AT THAT TIME Something doesn't look right, please double-check.

when you will go for payoneer verification process, at that time you will get OTP
