Yesterday I stopped getting emails from eBay. When an item sells, when a potential buyer has a question...I'm no longer getting an email. This has happened sporadically over the years and always resolves within a few days. I noticed this morning that I got an email when one item sold, but no email for another item that sold. Nothing is going to my spam folder, and I'm getting emails from other sources normally. Who can help track down the problem? I see many, many topics on the community forums about this, but never any resolution as far as I can see.

You're right........it has been an ever present problem at times. Whether it's ebay, your internet provider, or web problems, it happens.......
NO ONE should depend on emails for information.......Every seller should check Seller Hub at least once a day to stay on top of what's going on with your account.........

I have my Seller Hub open 24/7 on my desktop. However, on my phone it's simply easier to get email notifications. And emails provide a convenient history of sales and inquiries, which disappear from eBay after 90 days.

I was having this problem as well and I've found a solution to correct this issue that works for me.
It seems that somehow the email messages from ebay were being flagged as "SPAM" by my POP email provider. Even though I'm using Thunderbird on Windows 10 64 bit to retrieve my POP mail, the email messages weren't even getting that far. I had to sign in to my web based POP email service using my email credentials and the missing ebay email messages were all in the SPAM folder for my account on their website. Once I selected the good messages in this folder and marked them as "not spam", I once again started receiving email notifications from ebay in Thunderbird.
Hope this helps.
