Notification Won't Go Away on Desktop nor Mobile App

A buyer accepted an offer, I shipped the item days ago, yet on the desktop version I keep getting the notification that my counter offer was accepted. I will get this notification each and every time the page is refreshed, search for an item, or plainly just any time I do something. I can get this notification 100 times while trying to work on my listings.

I went on to the mobile app to try and swipe left on the old notification and it does nothing; it stays. I click Edit, check the box next to the notification, then click Delete and the system states "1 notification deleted", but it doesn't actually delete it. The notification stays active with the blue dot next to it. When I click on the notification, an alert pops up stating "Notifications An internal error occurred".

Please help as this is driving me nuts.

You may be able to use an ad blocker's element hiding tool to temporarily block all notification popups on eBay, if you are using a desktop browser.

Most desktop ad blockers have a point and click interface to allow users to block certain page elements from displaying. With a little trial and error you may be able to block those notifications completely in one browser, then disable that ad blocking rule once eBay fixes things.

This is also happening to me! I have tried clearing the cache, clearing cookies, different browsers, even different laptops but it continues. I reported a technical issue via the help button multiple times.  I have no solutions but it is driving me insane as well.

Same here. The same notification over, and over, and over, and over, every 20 seconds or so, for 4 days now. It won't go away no matter what I do. Extremely annoying.

I'm seeing the same thing, a notification of an offer accepted that repeatedly slides in from the side, over and over and over and over and over and over again. It just happened in the last week. 

Mac OS, using Safari as my browser.

Yes, that is actually what mine is doing and on the same OS and browser. I now have 2 of them and they are both, "Your counter-offer was accepted...." so it is something with that particular notification.

I've been having the same issue for two days now and it's only on my desktop, it's so annoying and I can't find any fix.

It's been going on for 10 days now. Either they don't know how to fix it or they just don't care and are ignoring the numerous sellers who are having this problem.

I've been having the same issue.  I contacted eBay a week ago and they said they were aware of the problem and they were working on a fix.  This notification popping up constantly is getting very annoying.

It appears to be fixed as mine have gone away and hopefully that's the case for everyone.
