Notification Bug - Continuously Pops Up / Cannot be Deleted

Need some help with a bug I've encountered with notifications. I continuously get a notification that my counter offer was accepted, for an item that has now been sold, and cannot delete it or stop it from popping up, see attached picture below.

When I try deleting it from either the browser or mobile app, it comes right back, and it does nothing when I click on it. Also, disabling notifications in settings only stops legitimate notifications, but this notification keeps popping up on the screen.

Anyone else encounter this bug and/or found a workaround until it's fixed? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Wow, still not resolved. Happening to me too. One would think eBay has a top-notch web team to fix it, considering eBay's draconian commission rates.

Same issue here... "Your Counteroffer Has Been Accepted". Nothing gets rid of it. Likely an internal programming error as previously mentioned. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

I use site on two computers and both have it.  It is Sept 12th and the internet is broken.

Same exact issue. It's completely annoying.

Today is 9/12/2024 and it's still happening. 

Clearing cookies/cache is a pita, you lose all kinds of information that I am just not prepared for lol

I tried Firefox, Chrome, and Brave. It's an ebay bug. Not a browser issue.

Same issue and it's driving me absolutely crazy. I now have 3 persistent notifications that take up the whole right side of my screen constantly. I can barely see the messages I'm typing.

I am experiencing this as well, I have clear everything and it continues to pop up. I thought maybe when a new offer was accepted that it would perhaps go away but it did not, glad to see i'm not alone on this but very frustrating indeed. Hopefully they fix it fast

Day 7 of this and it's still not fixed. This is absolutely unheard of for a company this size. I've seen a lot of posts complaining of this problem and not a single reply from an eBay associate acknowledging the issue at all. Anybody know if the tech team has been laid off or something?

exact same problem here on PC. Offer accepted notifications stuck,
