Notification Bell is off on eBay Seller Hub Overview page

Good evening Gentlemen,

Since the middle of this past week the Notification bell on the Seller Hub Overview page has been off by one count.  One sale that has already been delivered is stuck in the notification buffer. 

Selling and shipping orders since it started has not cleared the issue.

The one stuck on my account was from August 31st ... 

Were the three in your buffer from the same day?

I cannot see the items stuck anymore, but I remember the first one that became stuck was sold on August 25th.

Interesting ... right around the Aug 28 launch of the new Cancellation process, a sitewide change.

I do not use the app much but I wanted to check it. The Home screen is off by 2, but the Selling page is correct.

Hey @mr_lincoln there was a known issue with the notification bell that was recognized as an alert on Friday, so rest assured these are under review.

Where did you see this alert? This issue is driving my staff and myself crazy.

I have a bell notification "Your counter offer was accepted" pop-up for an event that happened yesterday.  When I clear the notifications from my bell notification list, this one keeps coming back.  This happens on any paget that has bell notifications.  I don't need the bell notifications and find them annoying, is there a way for me to turn these off?
