Nothing happens when I click "agree" button

I've used Edge & Firefox, turned off everything I can think of - VPN, privacy essentials and adblocker. When I go to 

Terms of use for Adult Only category (ebay.com)

I can click agree, it's not grayed out or anything but nothing happens. It changes color as if  clicking were supposed to advance the page but nothing. Any ideas?

I thought eBay did away with the Adult Only category last year?

Ok that may be the case - I thought so too but when I went to it, it gave a terms of service page - I would have thuoght it would at least have given me an error or something but it didn't do anything at all.

If I follow the "Adult Only" link that still appears on the Site Map page, I get the generic "We looked everywhere" child-in-orange-hoodie page:
