Hello, I was having an issue not receiving the "change password email". Upon searching, it seems many people were having the same issue with no solution. I had an idea of what I could do to fix it, but I needed some information. I contacted customer service through their live chat. I told them all I needed was the exact email address I would get when changing my password. I was told it was "too sensitive of information" when it's something I would receive anyway. Certain emails (looking at you hotmail) do not allow certain emails through, but will happily allow adds from another email of the same company.
Based on other company emails, I guess it was ebay@ebay.com Add this to your contacts for your email.
After I added the email to my contacts I was able to get the "change password" email instantly. This "trick" was given to my by the pokemon.com customer support. Hopefully it can help some people with the same issue.
