I've been on the phone with eBay customer service due to not receiving saved search emails on my computer every week for over a month and they troubleshooted settings, email, etc. Couldn't find the issue and opened a ticket that they said could take MONTHS to hear back on. It is nearly impossible to get help from them ...they say members can't talk to tech support, they say they cannot transfer me to a U.S.A. manager/rep and they say there is nothing more they can do. Meanwhile, it is negatively impacting my business and my wallet. I'm beyond astonished at how little support eBay offers their members for eBay's own technical issues. I'm appealing to anyone who may have experienced a similar experience and actually had it resolved. Is there anyone out there who can PLEASE help?
