Not receiving offer email

Starting today, not receiving any email notifications for buyers making offers.....  Anyone experiencing the same issue?

I have numerous offers on items for sale that I did not receive, Also, I am not receiving emails from eBay on sales made and shipping options. I get notices from Paypal which saves the day. Ebay system is broken.
