Several Community members have posted links that looked promising but
were not. They were already populated with info (from prior transaction)
that could not be cleared. Can anyone tell me how to start a LIVE CHAT
or tel call with EBay
I have numerous offers on items for sale that I did not receive, Also, I
am not receiving emails from eBay on sales made and shipping options. I
get notices from Paypal which saves the day. Ebay system is broken.
