Not in Managed Payments: Sales Record page no longer links to paypal for refunds?

As the title states the link to PayPal from the Sales Record page is gone.

Because of the constant issues I have with the cart dealing with my cards I frequently have to give shipping refunds.  (the cart won't hold more than 39 separate listings, sometimes more than 39 cards, won't combine invoices for auctions and buying more cards etc)

For years and years all I had to do was go to the sale record page, click the PayPal link and go straight to that payment and do the refund.  The link disappeared about the time of the last round of y'all getting shoved into MP.   I'm NOT in MP (thank the gods) but the link is gone, and now I have to go sign into PayPal scroll through all the payments to find the few I'm hunting for and do the refunds that way.  Which gets old the third time I have to do it in one day.

Any one know if it was done on purpose, or is it a glitch and it'll show back up, or what??  Any one else having this issue?

Are you using the Seller Hub? They also removed the link from the Order Details page a while back. There were some posts on the boards about a month ago, I think. You might want to bookmark this view. You can still get to the PayPal details there.

@cynthealee2   I don't have a solution for your current issue but once you are in MP it is fast and easy to issue a partial refund.  You just select issue refund from the drop down menu next to the item

Unfortunately, just like before MP you do not get a refund of sellers fees on the partial refunds.

You do however get ALL of your sellers fees back on FULL refunds with MP where before paypal did not refund their fees.

@comics-scifi-collectibles   If I get shoved into MP I will have to stop selling unless they work out a comparable micro payments like PayPal has.   I did the math months ago... it won't work in MP

@cynthealee2   I hear ya... I feel bad for the micropayment PayPal sellers.  I wish that MP would come up with something for sellers like you.

I'm not in MP.... but I'm in a weird black hole lol... I have a store front that no longer exists, I have pages I can no longer edit or get rid of, I have some things on my seller hub that no one else does, and I don't have some things on my seller hub that the rest of y'all do... it's the reason I think I can keep sliding out of the major MP rushes that keep happening.

for an example of pages I can no longer edit: http://www.ebaystores.com/Cyns-odds-N-ends/Garbage-Pail-Kids-/_i.html?_fsub=8490532015&_sid=29542680...

The top part is the part I can no longer edit or change.

I have the same problem on several of my store pages...

This one I wrote 2 years ago and no longer applies... but there is no way to fix it.

I don't even have the option (not that I want it) to swap to the other store format (the one eBay wanted us to all swap to several years ago).

PS I wouldn't try going to my store in anything BUT chrome... Firefox has fried it... and again I can't fix it cause of the aforementioned black hole
