Not being able to see that an item sold

My last two sales, the sold items are not showing as sold for several days.  I looked at my “Orders” on Sunday, and nothing showed as sold.  I was checking my bank account this morning and noticed a payment received from eBay.  I checked at that time and it now shows that the item actually sold on Friday, TWO DAYS before I checked and it showed NO sold items.  This happened with the most recent sale before this one, too.  I can’t see it in sold items until after payment hits my bank.  This is really giving me a problem about getting the item shipped within the stated time.
