I've had an issue for over a month now that has kept all of my funds on hold until the problem is resolved. I am unable to review and sign my W9, despite this being the issue that is keeping my funds on hold. I've called over a dozen times, sent my W9 physically and electronically to no avail. Nothing is resolving my issue. There's no way to escalate my issue to a supervisor or case manager. I don't want to stop selling on eBay, but may have to and resolve this issue litigiously.

The folks that respond via those channels seem to have more authority than the ones you can reach by phone.
