Not able to upload files for appeal

I am trying to upload files for my appeal but I am getting the error message "We are unable to upload your file(s). Please try again." even though the file is less than the size limit (495kb) and the correct format (png). Please let me know if anyone has any tips.

Does it look like this?...need to put something in 'documentation' for it to go through.

Thanks, I filled out the text box but it's still not letting me upload the photos.

Thursday night maintenance can cause a few (more) functions not to work. It should be over in few hours, worth a wait and see unless there is some deadline you are facing.

This has been a thing for months now then, I had a case I ended up not being able to appeal back in March due to this exact issue.

It wouldn't let me do it either, then I switched to my Ebay phone app and it worked perfectly

I am having this problem and have tried using my phone and laptop.  What is Thursday night maintenance??
