I have this in my ebay messages:

So I began taking it, got to 74% and the page went bonkers.......kept reloading incessantly.......stopping it and then reloading it did no good, still was reloading. Perhaps me or flaw in the survey........
But if the Survey team gets little/no response............this could be the reason.
Just thought I'd mention it, perhaps someone could pass along.......
