No way to dispute a seller and obtain a refund, the seller has ignored requests and the Ebay help options simply take me around in circles, there is no way to contact ebay customer support by email or phone, and its clear I need a living person to bypass this merry-go-round process one dispute and discuss other issues with another seller. I cant continue buying products here if Ebay cant provide an effective way to resolve issues that come up. Is this going to be fixed any time soon?
