No response from ebay customer service after numerous email attempts. Does ebay just ignore problem.

Whose problem and what is it?   Maybe they  have already made a solution that you just are not using.

Customer service does not usually operate via email; are you sure the email address you used is the proper one for your particular issue? Did you go through the Help & Contact page, use the "Contact us" link and go through the categories for your situation to reach the correct department?
