I have several saved searches set up for daily e-mail alerts, but have not received any in my gmail inbox. I manually checked the saved search in ebay and found new listings were posted in the previous 24 hours, so I should have received the alert. Ebay emails are not going to my spam or trash folders (I checked). I receive other ebay e-mails regarding specific purchases and bids. I am just not seeing any of the daily alerts I use to see for saved searches. How do I get the daily alerts again?
Following!! Starting last Monday, 9/25/2023, I too am not receiving a single daily email for any of my saved ebay searches. Everything is set correctly and active, as before, on my end. Why have they stopped ?
I am no longer receiving mine either. I chatted with an eBay representative and they told me they would put in a ticket for the problem. They seemed unaware of it even though the issue is apparently systemwide!
I wonder if ebay is treating this as just an "individual ticket problem" when resolving...or if they need to assess system wide for everyone??? Should I file a request as well? 🤔🤔🤔
