We are high volume buyer, we rely on tracking numbers to locate which orders have been received.
We used to search tracking in emails to find the corresponding ebay order number
BUT recently the tracking number is no longer included in the ebay email for no reason. So this method no longer works.
Besides adding tracking number explicitly in ebay email for easy search, we really would wish eBay implement order search via tracking number at ebay order list page. Currently ebay only allows searching orders by item name or order number, no way to search via tracking number. It would make life so much easier if ebay allows it when you received a lot of packages. You can search order with title or order number, why not just add order search via tracking number? (other ways like user ID or item number would be also convenient)
