No longer getting Email notifications. This needs to be fixed ASAP

There's a thread on another board, but thought I would bring it up here - it's a tech issue for sure.
A bunch of sellers are NOT getting email notifications all of a sudden. For some it's been quite a while, for me...about 10 days now.

I had a return earlier this week (because of damage - first in a few years) and I got the notification that I refunded the buyer. I also got the notification of 'Ebay Tips' which are always useless. But I am NOT getting "Item Sold" or "Messages" notifications to my registered email...and that's serious!

It forces me to log in constantly all day to see if anything has sold or if there is a message or question. That's wasted time.
Since there are a bunch of us not getting them, the problem isn't on 'our' end, it's on yours.
Ebay techs: PLEASE look into this asap. The problem appears not to even be acknowledged on your end.

Also have the same problem for over a week. Not getting a notice that an item was sold. Just a msg from PayPal that is was paid for. Spoke to eBay, still nothing permanent. 3 two days ago, then nothing. I go to eBay to check what was sold. A total pain.
I also never read the "Tips" they send.
I just delete the "Relist an item" E Mails that I don't want. Anyone know how to stop these?

We have had this issue for several months, we would get all but about 5 or 6 notifications but the last two closings we got ZERO, NOTHING !!  We have also called eBay with no luck of getting any news of when it may get fixed.

This happened to me last week and the week before. It's funny how certain "glitches" are happening in waves. I am getting the notifications now. It's like they are trying to frustrate sellers to the point they leave. I'm already moving stuff to other platforms as this is getting ridiculous. We pay a store subscription and should be able to have a platform that works. When we sell stuff and buyers are unhappy..we make them happy.. I suggest everyone that is sick and tired of the glitches and issues with ebay file a formal complaint with the bbb.

While you wait on ebay to look into and fix this problem if you have a smart phone the Ebay app is great at letting you know when you have had a sell or received a message from a buyer.

Same issue.  Now when I check to see what has sold, it says nothing has sold, only that I am waiting payments from 2 buyers.  When I check to see what has sold in the last 24 hours or for the current week it says nothing has sold when there have acturally been several sales.  Since I am not getting emails to tell me when they have sold, I have to go in  and check the solds and now that is screwed up to.  I know they were sold because I accepted "best offer" prices.  Wow, this needs to get fixed ASAP

Having similar issues as a buyer. Didn't get a tracking email until a day after the item was delivered. Not a big deal but it caused me to give the wrong seller feedback because I didn't know another seller (who I bought the same item from) shipped the item until after I recieved the package. Even the myebay page didn't show it was shipped. So I assumed that was the item from the seller who said they had shipped. Turned out that seller gave me the wrong tracking number so I had no clue what the tracking number was for either. That and the fact it shipped from Amazon with no packing slip to know who sent it.

SAME / SIMILAR issue here. Been going on for months now. We never had an issue receiving eBay messages to our registered email address in the past. This is how we have always handled communication.

Now, we do receive many of our eBay messages/notices/etc just fine to our email address, but random ones simply do not come through. No pattern of which types/subject of emails are failing, just always & only eBay related.

It is ridiculous to have to rely on the eBay Messages web page directly versus utilizing our email client which we've been doing for many years. The eBay messages page is hardly functional! C'MON!!!!!!

This just happened to me within the last few days. I only get the payment made via PayPal e-mails and eBay messages from buyers who ask questions. But I do not get eBay e-mails saying I made a sale. (The same thing happened with Half.com.)

While it is not critical (yet) because the PayPal message does include the sale information, sellers should still get "made a sale" e-mail notifications.

This thread was started in June and it's still happening in January 2019. And maybe this issue was occurring before June 2018?
