$1.00 fee for gallery plus picture with basic store

I sell mainly vintage jewelry lots with a basic store subscription and am being charged $1.00 for gallery plus. According to the Ebay help I am supposed to be charged .35. I heard there is a pricing glitch. Any one have any answers?
