No e-mails from E-Bay notifying me of listings corresponding to Saved Searches

I have not had a single e-mail from E-Bay notifying me of a new item listing corresponding to any of my 2 dozen Save Searches. Yet, when I manually search while on E-Bay I frequently get numerous hits of items matching my search criteria. I still get e-mails reminding me of re-listed items, monthly invoice, etc. Messages from E-Bay do not go to SPAM on my current settings.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? What is E-Bay doing to rectify this issue?

I'm also having this problem. For the last two days, I haven't gotten my normal set of daily Saved Search e-mails. I have gotten just a couple Saved Search e-mails, but from seemingly random searches and at random intervals. I've viewed the searches manually and confirmed that most of the new items are being missed.

Once I noticed this issue, I checked my settings and noticed that my subscribed searches are all now listed as "Real-time" frequency, and "Daily" is not an option. Perhaps this is somehow related?

I'm getting them, and at the same time every day, but am only getting about ten, where I usually get about 40. And yes, checking them on the actual saved search page shows that the other searches do have hits. 

I also am no longer getting those links in the emails to my correct searches, all of which are set to show me only the last two days of listings in each category - it shows me everything.

I started having this problem about 1 month ago. I haven't figured out why (not in spam) but I've kind of sworn off calling Ebay customer service after my last few experiences. I just go through my search routine each day, and call it good. But if anyone finds out, I am curious as well.

My saved search emails stopped coming several months ago.  I swore off eBay searches and started using https://automatedsearches.com which is free and works great!  However, a couple of days ago I added a new saved search to eBay and the next day all of my saved search emails started working!!  Not sure what the trigger was.  Only thing I can think is that if you don't add/update/delete saved searches for a long period of time then maybe eBay marks them as "inactive" and stops running them automatically.
