I have not received a single notification e-mail from E-Bay regarding items matching my Saved Searches in over 4 months. Are others experiencing this same issue.

I have not received e-mails notifying me of items matching my search criteria for Saved Searches for several weeks. Yet when I manually search I find items that match my Searches. My Saved Searches are subscribed for e-mails.
