When relisting items on the updated app, there's no option for USPS First Class Shipping. I'm encountering this when making any price/quantity change, or when switching an item from auction to buy it now. When I change any of these items, the shipping field resets, and when I attempt to update Shipping, there isn't a USPS First Class Shipping option. ALSO, I don't agree the default for "Local Pickup" should be "Yes."
The errors you encounter on @eBay are what I'd expect on a 2nd- or 3rd-tier selling site. From my perspective, there's a serious issue with how indepth beta testing is done before going live with updates.
