No Phone Customer Service

No option to ask ebay for a return phone call like I've always had and first time in many years not a single sale in 30 days. Is thus the end?

How do I contact ebay? No phone customer service. How do I email ebay?

Cannot find solution. Says go to solution but sends me in circles, HELP!

You have apparently selected one of your own responses as the solution. That is why you are going in circles.

eBay sometimes removes some of the contact options if things are busy or if no one is available. Those options will likely be back again at some point.

Otherwise you can try contacting eBay through social media:

Or post a general question here; someone may be able to point you in the right direction.

Thank you. Are you saying there is no phone service for anyone? Been trying for 3 days. First time in many years no sale for so long thought it was only me.

It is unlikely that eBay would go entirely without a phone contact option for three days -- you may be stuck on an old page that has not been updated. Try starting from the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page and going through the tree again.

It may be for some particular topics there is a pointer to a help page or community link rather than a phone contact option.

Forget that - EBay is not answering either Twitter or Facebook either. Currently NO CUSTOMER SERVICE for a seller at all.

At this time I just located these options with a few clicks.

I have no issue, so I did not continue to see the outcome.

There is no customer service anywhere.  Chat assistant is useless, phone number no longer good  and no replies at facebook.
