no longer good. Unable to request a call back and no email address to
request help from. Chat assistant useless.
Is ebay aware that USPS is not picking up or delivering to some zipcodes
due to the winter storm. There is a list up at USPS. Folks need to call
ebay and let them know that this should not impact our TRS and they need
to do something about it.
I appreciate all the info but it doesn't help much when I'm unable to do
a simple search and exclude certain words without either getting way too
many or none at all. This isn't the only search I've had problems with.
Some of my searches are returning results that don't contain my search
words also but the bigger problem is when I exclude then I get 0 results
so I have no way of weeding out the unwanted. It has happened with
numerous searches. An example would be ...
Search is not working for me either. If I do a search and it turns up
too many items no matter what exclusion word I use it returns 0 results.
This has been going on for about a week.
