No Emails from Ebay .... Help

I have not received any emails at all from ebay since Monday, November 26, 2018.  I called ebay to check my account but everything looks ok on their end, none of my notifications are turned off and my email address is correct.  I am not getting sold emails, newly listed emails, promotions, nothing.  Is anyone else having this problem?  I am not sure what to do.  The customer service rep was going to make a note of it but .... I still am not getting emails and there is no word on how to proceed.   Does anyone have any advice or is anyone having this issue?

It's not uncommon this time of year for the messages to be delayed........sometimes for days, I guess because of the volume of sales, listings, etc.  Usually they show up, well after the fact.

You should get the mobile app for your cell phone as a back up so that you can get updates for stuff like this. Keep in mind there may be a slight lag and the app gets the update a little after the sold item can be seen on your seller page.  Also check you emails spam folder it is possible you selected to block ebays messages by mistake while moving other span items to your spam folder.
