Just wanted to pass along an odd issue.
Apparently an item I had listed sold on April 1, but I had never gotten an email and there were no notifications on eBay itself indicating the item had sold. I was thankful the seller had messaged me just today (the 3rd) asking about some extra info on the item, otherwise I would never have known he even bought it.
I don't know if this was just a fluke or there is some other issue, but I'm hoping this won't be a trend in the future.

I have contacted Ebay twice about this already. I am not receiving a lot of my messages from buyers either. Normally any correspondence is emailed to me and I can reply through my email. Now I have to go into Ebay messages and I see messages that were never emailed to me. It is a problem because normally I forward these messages to our customer support department but there is nothing to forward.

Did this ever get resolved? I'm facing the same issues the last 3 days. No emails are being sent and I also have to login to ebay to see what's sold or if people made offers.. I tried calling ebay and they said they would "refresh" my account but that hasn't solved the issue..

Haven't received email notifications, except from other users, since 4/12. Lost 3 sale opportunities due to offers that had expired because I didn't get notifications. Called eBay twice now. On 4/19 and 4/24. Still no resolutions. But same response... "checked the notification, open a ticket with tech support, and will refresh your account, wait 12-48hrs..." What a farce. I'm running 2 stores on eBay, this is the only one I'm have problems on.
There should be some Federal agency, at least in the USA, to file a complaint with for fraud and breach of contract. Especially now that they are handling currency transactions through Managed Payments and I'm not getting those notifications either.

I had this problem as well when selling an item. It's 2022 now, you think they'd have this fixed.

Depending on emails for anything important is an invitation to disaster....... They can be lost in the cyber-world for any number of reasons. If you are selling on ebay, it's incumbent on you to check your seller hub everyday........

This just happened to me today as well! I got an email when one item sold, but not when an other did on the same day. I just happened to open the link to purchase shipping on my laptop instead of my phone for the first time in ages and noticed the other item, so I got lucky. There is nothing in Spam, nothing in Trash, just nothing. Not a good experience if this continues. This is the first time in many years of selling though.

Check your selling daily.
I have had instances where I did not get an email notification of a sale. Could have been my "email server".
Makes no nevermind. I check my ebay selling daily. Even such as now, when I am on "time away".
