The new updated page for purchasing and printing shipping labels has a few issues that may need to be looked into. On the purchase page it no longer shows the percentage amount for the seller discount for purchasing the label online. You have to look at the amount paid by the buyer and manually compare it to the actual cost of the label. These two pieces of information now are placed on different parts of the screen. It was also better the old way when they system already did the math and showed you the percentage discount you received. While it is not that important it is a good tool to know when the discount will be less than the 9 percent charged by ebay for the shipping final value fee.
Also after you purchase the label it is not that clear as to how to print the label. Instead of saying print there are two options to open or download. It is good that now sellers can download the label in a digital format to send to buyers if a return label is needed. However in stead of saying open perhaps it should say print. When you click on the open page it pulls up a image of the label and a tool bar. The tool bar to print the label goes away after a few seconds and should always be visible as you are printing the label. It is not clear how to get the tool bar back and after waiting on hold for your support I finally figured out how to get it back by clicking my mouse on the label. Perhaps you should set the tool bar to always stay visible or add a print button to the screen with the label like in the past.
Better yet change the shipping label page back to the way it was since it worked fine and had no issues and did not need to be changed.

I do not want that horrible new label printing page. You've already ruined the feedback page with the stinkin' new format. I no longer go there. The My Ebay page is now also wrecked, avoid that now as well. The "classic" formats are logical and easy to use. Everything I need or want is visible without punching buttons or scrolling around.
STOP SCREWING WITH THINGS THAT ARE WORKING JUST FINE.
The new formats are worthless, cluttered and junky looking. I assume you are optimizing things for the tiny screens on phones. Well, a lot of us use computer screens.
PLEASE STOP IT.

So I went to sign in and got this very terrible sign in page using edge. The issue was not present using chrome. I do not feel like having to purge my browsers data as ebay is the only website I have ever had to do this on. Perhaps in a few years someone from ebay will look into the issue and fix the changes they made with out testing them before they changed the site. Or at the very least tested their changes to make sure their changes worked correctly. After all functionality of a commerce driven website would just be stupid.
The very ugly new page did have my stored data and sign in info. After I signed in it went to the normal ebay start page. King of **bleep**ed up since this was my link to their old selling page which usually works better than their **bleep**ed up seller hub that never works properly for at least 8 months. I am so glad they changed my landing page so that I have no choice to use their broken never fixed hub and constantly mess with links and book marks that access the old working functional selling page.

Hi everyone,
Due to the length of time that has passed since this thread began, we have locked it from future replies. If this is still an issue that warrants discussion, don't hesitate to begin a new thread here: https://community.ebay.com/t5/forums/postpage/board-id/technicalissues-db.
Thanks.
