For the past maybe 2 days ebay no longer displays correctly when using Firefox. See attached screenshot. All the HTML is completely messed up and it's impossible to navigate. Is ebay aware of this massive massive problem? Yes, I'm using the latest version of the browser and have deleted all cookies.

Does the problem appear when using another browser?
If not, try clearing your Firefox browser cache in addition to manually clearing your eBay cookies.

As I said, cache was cleared. The problem does NOT occur in Chrome or Safari. Only Firefox.

Here's a screenshot after the cache has been cleared again. Still not working:

You said you had cleared your cookies; clearing your cache is a different process. Are you sure you have done both?
What you are seeing is often caused by a style sheet that is not loading properly; problems with a browser's cache or cookies can often cause such page display issues.
If you are certain that you have completely cleared your browser's cache and manually erased your eBay cookies, then try temporarily disabling your browser extensions to see if that makes any difference.

Yes, I cleared the cache (and manually deleted all ebay cookies). Also not running any extensions on ebay, but turned off ad blocker, but still the same problem.

I run FF with no problem here, and don't see any on going posts of a problem. I have always found FF to be one of the best with the least problems to use with ebay and PayPal.
You need to try turning off all FF extensions, to make sure no update to one of them is at issue. Even try starting FF in the Safe Mode if needed.

This happens to me about every 2 weeks. I asked the same question about 1 year ago. You have to clear the cache. That helps immediately. Kind of annoying, but I like to use firefox the most

I switched to Chrome a while ago, Firefox has not been playing well with eBay for me at all.

Chrome has been working ok too, but pass versions of Chrome often caused problems with label printing on both ebay and PayPal, so I stopped using it.

Yeah, Firefox, of late, has been a nuisance. YouTube stopped working, and now the whole top of my eBay page is cut off and missing. AND, YES, this is AFTER clearing the cookies AND the cache, which I shouldn't have to do anyway! Clearing a cache is like asking for problems! So, what ... it makes the eBay page work, but much of my other main go-tos are hindered because of it? No, thanks. DuckDuckGo, Brave, and Tusk browsers all work just fine with eBay. Opera works, too, but they have trackers, like Chrome. Firefox was once my default browser, but it has since gone straight down hill! It's at the back of the pack now, even behind the "Information gathering without your permission" browser, Chrome!

This thread is three years old.
Many users are using Firefox and are not encountering this issue. What version of Firefox are you using? Is it the latest version?
If a page is not loading correctly, holding down the shift key and refreshing the page should bypass the cached version of the page.
Trying another browser is a good idea. Use the browser that works best for you and that satisfies your various needs.
If clearing your cache or manually deleting just your eBay cookies fixes the problem for you, that would seem to indicate the problem was with the data in your individual cache or cookies. And if not, that may indicate a problem with your specific version of Firefox, your settings or your add-ons. Or it may be something that eBay is testing and that others are not experiencing.

I use Firefox with no issues.
