New auto-description generator keeps overriding my custom descriptions

Not sure who decided it was necessary for the eBay app to automatically import the item title into the description box, but every time I delete the auto-generated description and replace it with my own, the program throws away what I just took the time to write and puts back the text I’d just deleted. 

A) this automated title-to-description generator is not helpful to begin with, and 

B) Once users replace the boilerplate text with the description they actually want it to have, could you at least not override that?

This is still occurring, and more frequently. Any solutions?

Make sure to use the advanced listing tool on a PC, not an app on a phone or tablet.  If it still happens, remove the UPC or EAN value.  Hopefully the item won't link to a product description.

Thank you for the help. Unfortunately, I use the app to list ☹️ I suppose it’s my fault for expecting it to be properly programmed.

Yes, I don't use the app to create listings because of all the issues.  You may want to raise this in the forum for Apps.

What is Going on , What’s Wrong With EBay Why have an App and Say To Use a PC to sellers , Stop Taking steps Backwards it’s a waste of everyone’s Time Hire people To Fix The Issues Not Give Us an Auto Reply Excuse To Use something Else getting bad On Ebays End Worse And Worse
