New Performance Insights On App - Blank Or Inaccurate Data

The new Performance Insights feature on the app seems to be not ready for primetime, with some saying it is either blank or shows inaccurate data.

Today, 30 Day show no traffic, 90 Day shows 2 views.

Same account on desktop shows all of that is clearly not accurate.

Guessing there's a greater than 0 chance this new feature rollout could have something to do with other reports here the last few days of the Traffic page being intermittently blank too.

As of a few days ago it all appeared normal to me. By normal I mean traffic counts on the app looked in line with what I usually see on the website, but I didn't do a side-by-side comparison. I didn't see lots of blank data and 0 views like your above screenshots.

I haven't been seeing weird reports on the web, either. So whatever is going on, it appears to be impacting some sellers but not all.

@wastingtime101  that same seller now sees this in the web version for 30 days...so yeah, they are definitely messing around with stuff again.

Performance Overview and Traffic pages are still having major outages. It was intermittent for a few days, now it doesn't work at all. No data except for the items sold tab. The new app features haven't worked since day for me, there has never been any data.

devon@ebay just to confirm, is the Product team aware and looking into the glitch for both the app and the new web experience as well?

My post you responded to was just about the app, but now that it's expanded to web as well, the numbers are still completely wrong there too.

I bet everyone's current lack of Traffic + sales is due to the technical issue that

Sorting items by lowest price is not currently working correctly. Items are not being correctly sort...

This is a problem that is costing everyone in sales.

Check and see where your items fall on the list for sale.

It makes no sense at all right now.
