Pandemic has no reason for eBay's latest slow down on Seller Support levels. Managed payments do not work, verification process is a total mess. Orders are getting declined. No payments! Until they fix these critical issues we are setting our store on vacation. Who else in?

I'm in, they are a complete mess! I still have not been able to verify my bank and it's been days. I try to call customer support and it is a 111 minute or longer wait, then yesterday I finally got a message saying their customer support was not available AT ALL. I've had it. This isn't the Ebay I have always known, and I'm ready to just pull the plug on my store that I've had for years. Very upset!
I have heard from many others that they are not receiving their payments in a timely way or at all, and that Ebay is yanking money out of their accounts without their knowledge. I do not like the idea they will have my banking information. I trust PayPal and no other. From what I also understand, Ebay will no longer acknowledge sellers like me who sell antiques that have a "no return" policy. That alone does it; maybe time to switch to a different format.
